| Childhood overweight and obesity. This health concern now effects 1 in 4 children in Australia, a doubling in the last decade. The promotion of child health and prevention of obesity. Correspondingly, physical and mental health issues impacting on this concern will also be measured and addressed including; -Dietary intake- i.e.: fruit and vegetable intake and water intake will be measured and addressed. -Physical activity and sedentary behaviour- i.e.: amount and type of activity including play and active transport. -Body image and self esteem. Aspects of the social and physical environment that contribute to children's health will be addressed by working in partnership with the schools, parents and broader community of Moreland including- safety concerns, family demographics, cultural and socio-demographic inequalities, advertising and the media.
